2. Handmade Nature of Work

Each piece is individually made. Precious metals and finishes may vary in colour and character. These variations are part of the work and are not considered faults.
 

3. Commissions & Bespoke Work

After a quote is agreed and a design is finalised, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. I can provide design proposals without obligation.

Full payment is due on completion, before delivery.

Once production has started, bespoke items cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Requests for changes after production has started may incur additional cost.
 

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.

Payment is preferred by bank transfer. PayPal may be offered on request; transaction fees may apply.

I'm not VAT registered, so VAT is not applicable.

5. Lead Times

Estimated completion times will be discussed at the time of order and may vary depending on material sourcing and workshop schedule.

6. Delivery & Shipping

All pieces are shipped via tracked and insured services. Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.

International customers are responsible for customs or import charges.

7. Returns & Refunds

Ready-made, full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Bespoke / made-to-order / sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

8. Resizing & Repairs

Free resizing is offered once within 6 months of delivery for adjustments of up to one size.

Other repairs, resizing beyond one size, or damage caused by wear, accidental impact or chemicals are chargeable at a reasonable fee.

All designs, photography, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of Sarah Rosamond and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
